Chale Cards does not offer refunds. If the greeting card is delivered with significant damage made to the packaging and card, as determined by Chale Cards customer service, a replacement card can be offered in accordance with our Return Policy. Chale Cards must be notified of your request for item review within 24 hours of delivery. Upon review, Chale Cards customer service shall determine if the damaged product qualifies for a replacement card delivery. Chale Cards reserves the right to deny requests at our discretion upon item review.
